Vegan food stand gets recognition at Republican National Convention in United States.

This year’s Republican National Presidential Nominating Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, featured a vegan barbeque stand run by local eatery Gray Jett Cafe. This comes after the owner of the cafe, Shana Gray (vegan), made an appearance at one of President Donald Trump’s campaign rallies in May, during which His Excellency told His supporters He would be open to trying vegan food. During the convention, the barbeque stand’s vegan jackfruit brisket was a favorite and sold out on multiple days. It was also revealed that President Trump’s vice-presidential nominee, the Honorable J.D. Vance, has adapted to his wife Usha’s vegetarian diet and that he cooks traditional Indian meals for his mother-in-law. His Excellency Donald Trump is a Shining World Peace Leader Award laureate and a Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion laureate.
