Green Party mayor in United Kingdom to serve only plant-based meals at council receptions.

The mayor of the British city of Worcester, the Honorable Louis Stephen, declared that animal-people meat would be removed from the menus of dinners held by the council for its members and would be replaced with totally plant-based menus. The mayor explained, “I'm mindful of the gravity of the climate emergency, and as leader, I think it’s right to highlight the importance of all of us doing what we can to mitigate the seriousness of the emergency by offering plant-based food.”

Excellent news, the Honorable Louis Stephen, on your praiseworthy step to offer the city’s councilors only plant-based foods. May all politicians act in the planet-protecting spirit and now enact Vegan Law, in God’s boundless Protection.
