Therefore, I’m delighted to share this vegan food tip from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan):“In summer, there is more abundance of fruits and vegetables, and they’re cheaper to buy, or when you have a surplus, you can save them for later use by pureeing them with a blender, then keep them in jars to freeze for later use as a spread / smoothie / mix in water for light summer drinks / sorbet or soup....
