Today we have a healthy hygiene tip from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai.
“Hi lovely angels, if you are on the road and happen to be thirsty and you want to buy maybe a bottle of water or some soft drink in a can, it’s better you wipe it first with a wet antibacterial towel and rinse it under warm water before you open it and drink. Rinse the whole bottle or can quickly, because you never know who has touched it before you do. If you take it out from the cooler in the shop it will not warm your water up quickly, so don’t worry, it will still be cool. Take care of yourself always, hygienically at least. Wish you the best of health and God loves you kids.”
