Grace Wong has been a vegetarian for 26 years and vegan for six. In 2014, she created a Facebook blog site, “Vegan Mama Kitchen,” on which she has uploaded over 600 of her original vegan recipes, created over the course of just four years. In 2016, she published a popular vegan cookbook “simply VeganSimply Grace.” Which her yoga and meditation practices, not only Grace’s creativity has been brought up from deep within, but also the love and happiness around her has been expanding ever more.
