Staying healthy with exercise, sleep, and an organic vegan diet helps slow aging, and makes you more able to help others too! Here is a little tip if you have to care for senior folk. It can be challenging for older people to bend down and reach their toes to trim their nails, particularly for those who have issues with vision, flexibility, fine motor skills, and hand or wrist strength. It is even more difficult when their nails are thickened, which often occurs with aging. Help your elder out by trimming their toenails, and further decrease their chances of getting foot fungus by keeping their feet clean and dry. Change their socks daily and shoes often as well as allow their feet to “air out” once each day. Cotton socks are better than nylon or synthetic ones since they don’t make feet sweat. Additionally, be sure your loved one’s feet are well-moisturized to prevent dry skin and cracks, which is especially important in those with diabetes.
Listening to the following joke will most likely lead to a non-stop smile. Let’s give it a go. It’s called “Big Decision.”
Tony met up with his buddy at a coffee shop.
“You know, Kaiden, yesterday I had a tough decision to make. I was thinking about getting a sportscar instead of a more sensible car.”
“Oh man, those new sportscars are so nice. What did you decide?”
“Well, the little good voice said, ‘You know what the right thing to do here is: you have to get the sensible car.’ While the little bad voice said, ‘Vroom, vroom! You can just hear that powerful sportscar motor, can’t you?’”
“Well, don’t keep me in suspense. What did you do?”
“I listened to the loudest voice.”
“Which was?!”
“My wife’s.”
?!
And now we have a heartline that conveys the wishes of disciples around the world
