Slovenia allocates emergency drought relief aid to Horn of Africa nations.
The government of Slovenia recently donated €100,000 to countries in the Horn of Africa to provide food to people affected by three years of drought. It is estimated that up to 16 million persons in Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia need immediate assistance, and 5.7 million children could be acutely malnourished by the end of the year. The aid will be distributed through the United Nations World Food Programme. Food availability and affordability in the region have already been negatively impacted by the dependency on Ukrainian and Russian imports. Slovenia is a Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion recipient. Thank you, Slovenia and United Nations World Food Programme, for providing sustenance to the people in the Horn of Africa in their time of need. In Celestial vibrancy, may the planet’s climate soon stabilize as we shift to compassionate lifestyles, with abundant food for all in a peaceful world.
UNCCD says more plant-based diets can help halt land, climate and biodiversity crises.
In its flagship publication, the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) reveals that humanity has changed 70% of the Earth’s land area and alarmingly, up to 40% of it is already degraded. In particular, agriculture is the largest source of degradation, and livestock animal-people raising takes up the majority, or almost 80%, of agricultural space. Moreover, this deterioration is closely linked to climate change and biodiversity loss, as intensive monocultures, deforestation, and ecosystem destruction are contributing to most land use change-related carbon emissions and terrestrial species extinction. Meanwhile, nitrous oxides from fertilizer use and methane released by livestock ruminant animal-people make up the largest share of agricultural greenhouse gas emissions. To urgently address the interlinked “multiple crises,” the study concludes that a shift to more plant-based diets would be a “logical first step.” Much appreciation for the insightful analysis, UNCCD. May all countries swiftly transition to a global vegan food system to simultaneously halt land degradation, global warming and biodiversity loss, in God’s illuminating Wisdom. Vegan: natural health insurance.
Up next, enterprise in United States starts selling electric planes that take off vertically. We’re now going to thank the energetic pepper pickers who carefully pick different varieties of peppers during their harvest time. Please stay with us for more forward-thinking news on Supreme Master Television.
Hallo, charming viewers, I’m Mihir, a vegan pal from the Lion-tailed Macaque kingdom. I have discovered that opening the secrets of the Universe starts with a compassionate spirit. And the loving plant-based lifestyle is a must on the path of light. I have a tip on how to dry a pillow using two wire clothes hangers! Take the hangers and lay them out flat with the two long sides touching each other. Tie them together in the middle using a zip tie or steel wire. Next, using the hooks, pull the hangers away from each other to create diamond shapes. Then, set your pillow upright in between the hangers and close them together and hang them up to dry the pillow with the hooks crossed over one another. Thank you for watching, and much love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. Here’s the weather around the world!
United States-based company producing electric planes that can take off like a helicopter.
Electric aircraft design and development company Beta Technologies has started manufacturing planes that can ascend and land vertically like a helicopter yet fly like an ordinary plane. The vehicle, which is called Alia, can transport five people and a pilot, or 635 kilograms of cargo. Recently, the firm completed another round of funding, where it secured US$375 million, and orders have been placed by United Therapeutics, which transports organs for transplant, private shuttle enterprise Blade and the UPS delivery company. By 2025, Beta’s charging network is expected to cover the entire US. Great news, Beta Technologies, on the success of your new aircraft. In the comfort of the Providence, may the world’s aviation industry soon convert to zero-emission electric models, as we decarbonize the economy and switch to a vegan agricultural system.
Farmers in Afghanistan receive pistachio saplings.
Over a six-day period, local authorities distributed 25,000 pistachio saplings to farmers in the western Badghis province. The saplings were grown at a research farm near the provincial capital Qala-e-Naw for over a year and will assist in curbing deforestation and supporting agriculture in the area. Due to heavy logging in recent years, the pistachio forests in Afghanistan’s western region, known for their high-quality yields, have shrunk from over 90,000 hectares to less than 30,000 hectares. Our thanks, local government, for your efforts to improve the lives of your citizens and the environment. In Allah’s Generosity, may the hospitable Afghan people enjoy bountiful harvests of Nature’s treasures.

Emergency workers in Ukraine save cat-person from destroyed building.
After Russia’s bombing of a high-rise in Borodianka, located east of Kyiv, a poor feline-person, nicknamed Ginger, was unfortunately stuck alone for two months on the seventh floor. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine used a ladder truck to access the building and bring Ginger down tucked into the jacket of one of the crew members. Ginger is being cared for by the Ukrainian animal-people rescue group ZooPatrol and is receiving treatment for arthritis. A Twitter user named “Lorenzo The Cat” showed pictures of Ginger before and after being saved, posting – “…it’s amazing what a little human kindness can do.” We are so glad you were found, Ginger, and wish you a future of safety and happiness. Our salute, Emergency Service of Ukraine, for your efforts to save the life of a small, loving cat-person. In Heaven’s protection, may peace soon return forever to magnificent Ukraine.
Now, it’s time to set sail and navigate towards some hilarity with the joke of the day entitled “Speeding Airman.”
When caught speeding, an airman on leave tried to talk the police officer out of giving him a ticket.
“Would it make a difference if I told you that I’m in the Air Force?”
“Yes, but only if you were driving an airplane.”
