According to UNESCO, Tao Te Ching(The classic of the Way and Virtue) is the second most printed and circulated masterpiece of all time, next to the Holy Bible. Tao Te Ching contains the infinite Wisdom of Lao Tzu, who is acclaimed as the father of Chinese philosophy. The verses in Tao Te Ching can be quite philosophcal and at times unfathomable.Albeit terse with only five thousand words, Tao Te Ching of Lao Tzu has been the most annotated and the most widespread scripture since the ancient times. Four words, which are “extensive,immense,essential and profound,”can be used to describe it.
