It gives us the elements for being able to take some steps backwards, to collect our memories and to know what lies ahead and behind on our path. According to Mayan beliefs, 2012 was a very significant year, as it marked the end of an old cycle, and the beginning of a new one. They believe that, in 2012, the renewal of female energy began, and that this gentler energy would will awaken the earth’s collective consciousness to a new way of living.
