Guy is an Israeli-born chef, and together with his wife, Tali, they created this magical vegan sushi eatery chain called Beyond Sushi in New York City. From the nutritional to the ethical to the environmental considerations, Beyond Sushi has a straight forward mission statement, that is: “To promote a sustainable, all-natural, and compassionate menu.” Let’s hear what Guy told our reporter about what inspired the creations.
