United Kingdom provides funding for children of Afghanistan.
The latest £28 million donation from the Government of the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) will go towards UNICEF’s US$2 billion Humanitarian Action for Children (HAC) appeal for Afghanistan, as about 77% of the 1.6 million people impacted by the continuing humanitarian emergency there are minors. To enhance life-saving nutritional needs, over 700,000 youngsters will receive benefit and cash assistance will be given to 18,000 families with pregnant or nursing women. Hygiene awareness and potable water will be provided to over 350,000 people and more than 500,000 will receive mental health and risk education support for explosive devices. Dr. Mohamed Ayoya, UNICEF Representative explains, “Afghanistan remains one of the toughest places on earth to be a child… drought, malnutrition, the spread of preventable disease, the detritus of war, a stagnating economy and limited and fragile social basic services are exacerbating challenges for children and women.” The United Kingdom is a laureate of the Shining World Leadership for Caring Award, Shining World Wise Leadership Award, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection, Animal Protection and Kindness. Our heartfelt thanks, United Kingdom, for your generous contribution towards the plight of the Afghani people. We pray for a brighter future for Afghanistan and its beautiful citizens, in Allah’s gracious Gaze.
UN reports detrimental effects of microplastics buildup in agricultural soil.
The United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) has stated in its 29th edition of Foresight Brief, that the use of plastics in farming are hurting soil health and threatening food security. This includes the use of macroplastics such as protective wraps to prevent moisture loss and microplastics such as coatings on fertilizers and pesticides, which have contributed to a continuing buildup of plastics degrading into the earth. Over time, this will change the physical structure of the soil and decrease the earth’s capacity to hold water, thus reducing root growth and nutrient uptake, eventually impacting the consumers’ health. The review suggests that farmers opt for cover crops and other natural solutions, which will increase soil fertility in the long run. Thank you, UNEP, for your report on the effects of plastic in farming. In Heaven’s light, may governments and all parties soon work together with farmers worldwide to transition to plastic-free, organic vegan farming. “U r so beautiful, why smear urself with ugly, rotten, bloody, dead animal-people meat? >> B vegan, that is.”
Up next, Somalia could see the worst famine in half a century. We’ll take a moment to express our appreciation to digital interface designers who make sure internet browsers and devices function correctly on a website so that the interface is user-friendly and efficient. We’ll return with more uplifting news here on Supreme Master Television.
Good day, radiant viewers! I’m Cindy, a vegan painter from the Capybara kingdom. A secret to staying healthy is adopting the plant-based way. I know you are trying if you haven’t already. Today, I'd like to offer a handy tip. It’s quick and easy to use most of the available paint rollers on the market, but several of them are made of artificial wool, which leaves behind a slightly textured painted surface. To some people, this is not attractive, and they prefer walls that look completely even and shiny. The solution is to utilize a foam roller, specifically a polyurethane foam one, as the outcome will look much less textured than when using an artificial wool roller. You can also try applying a latex paint additive as this helps delay the drying process and reduce texturing, resulting in more uniform surfaces. Thank you for tuning in, and love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet, thus save the world! Now the weather around the globe!
Somalia faces worst famine in half a century.
The United Nations has stated that Somalia is now experiencing the most dire food shortage in 50 years, after four failed rainy seasons, and possibly more to come. In the month of August alone, 44,000 severely undernourished children were taken to health centers for treatment, and an estimated 7.8 million people, or half of the country’s population, have been stricken by the effects of this prolonged water shortage. Around 213,000 citizens are at high risk of famine, and the situation is becoming worse than in 2011, when 260,000 people lost their lives. The United Nations has said that over US$2 billion in funding is required to assist the nation. Such saddening news, Somalia, on the drought facing your nation. In the Blessings of Allah, may the next rainy season arrive, bringing adequate moisture to ensure abundant plant harvests and adequate food for all.
China helps Central Asian countries increase wheat production.
Established in 1997 in Xi’an, China, the Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone focuses on selecting and cultivating varieties of wheat, which can then be used internationally to enhance grain production. The improved seeds produce an average increase of 30-60% in crop yields. The newest wheat varieties, designed for Central Asian country growing conditions, will be sent after harvesting next summer. As part of the same initiative, 27,000 international citizens have been trained in various agricultural practices, both in person and online, through the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Demonstration Base for Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training. China is a Shining World Leadership Award for Wise Governance recipient and a laureate of six Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion and Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection, Environmental Protection, Wildlife-Protection, and Compassionate Protection. Splendid news, China, the Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Demonstration Base for Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training, on your noble enterprise to improve food security across Central Asia and beyond. In the abundance of the Providence, may your virtuous leadership guide the way for more life-saving plant-based food practices.
Trainee police officer saves unresponsive girl in Spain.
Officer Iván, a new recruit to the police department based in La Línea, Spain, was hailed as a hero for saving a 4-year-old girl’s life. When the child’s father reached the police station, María was already unconscious and not breathing. Officer Iván performed CPR for more than three minutes, until María became responsive and was able to breathe on her own. The young girl was transported to a local hospital for further treatment where she has fully recovered. María’s father returned to the police station shortly after, to express his deep gratitude to officer Iván for saving his daughter’s life. A round of applause for your quick life-saving action, Officer Iván. May precious María always enjoy the best of health, in Divine care. B vegan > give peace a chance.
Coming up, British daily newspaper reports growth of vegan seafood. We will pause for a moment to remember to be grateful for all the challenging times that have helped us learn and grow. Supreme Master Television will return in just a moment with more cheery news. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Favorable News for a Happier World.
Vegan seafood industry expands in United Kingdom.
British newspaper, The Guardian, recently evaluated the plant-based seafood alternatives sector and described it as “hot.” The outlet cited the recent documentary, “Seaspiracy,” as the primary driving force raising public awareness of the environmental impact of the fishing industry. Since consumer demand for vegan seafood has surged, many food companies have responded. For instance, the world’s biggest food conglomerate, Nestlé, has recently launched Vrimp – a vegan shrimp made from seaweed and peas. Business forecasters expect the United Kingdom to lead the faux seafood market worldwide, with nearly half of its citizens reducing consumption of animal-based products. Way to go, the ladies and gentlemen of the United Kingdom, on your wise choice to adopt plant-based seafood alternatives. Our appreciation, The Guardian, for the informative report. In Divine goodness, may every animal-person in the ocean be free from threat as we choose cruelty-free vegan seafood.
Hurricane Ian leaves thousands of animal-people in need of shelter.
After the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian to the southeastern United States early in October, 2022, thousands of animal-companions were left in urgent need of a place to stay. Thankfully, the Michigan Bissell Pet Foundation responded to this desperate call, by donating a flight that could safely transport over one hundred beautiful animal-companions from over-flowing shelters in Florida to New York. The Foundation is also working with partners, to move sheltered animal-people from affected areas in Florida to other shelters across the country. Director of Bissell Pet Foundation, Kim Alboum, said, “The best thing we can do right now is to donate to those efforts or free up shelter space right here in Michigan by adopting.” Many thanks, Kim Alboum and Bissell Pet Foundation, for helping those animal-companions in need. In the love of the Providence, may our beloved animal-friends always be protected and cared-for in challenging times.
Seems like the giggle broadcasting station is now transmitting the joke of the day, so let's tune in! This one's entitled, “Yoga Beginner”
Kevin walks into a yoga center and asks a staff member:
“Can I join a class to learn yoga?”
“If you are flexible, it’s no problem!”
“Well, I can’t do Wednesdays.”

And now we have a heartline from Aasiya in Melbourne, Australia:
To our Beloved Master and Supreme Master Television team, first of all, I wish You to be healthy, young and beautiful. I would like to share my spiritual experiences with You and my fellow practitioners. My storytelling is a bit clumsy, please forgive me.
I was still in Âu Lạc (Vietnam) in 2010. As I meditated, I found myself on Judgment Day. I saw a deity, but I did not know his name. He was huge, three times the size of a normal person. He sat on a very high platform, holding a long sword. When he raised his sword, it became longer and stretched far away. As he swung it down, numerous heads fell out. And below the platform, there were many of his soldiers standing around, waiting for his commands.
He gave a command that everyone lines up orderly and grouped by religion. Those who had no religion but lived virtuously stood aside. Those who did not live a moral life also stood aside. I did not understand at that point why I was standing at the front of the line. I looked across and saw many fellow practitioners. I was very calm at that moment and prayed to You, “Dear Master, You have not been recognized officially in Âu Lạc (Vietnam) yet, what should I answer him?” You responded inside, “Just answer him honestly.”
At that time, I was wearing a yellow shirt and a necklace with a heart-shaped pendant containing a picture of You. When my turn came, he asked, “Yellow-shirt girl, do you have any religion?” Before I could answer, he stood up and shouted, “Everyone, bow down to God.” I was startled and looked around. Everyone kneeled down; only I was still standing. When I looked down at my necklace at that moment, I saw the picture of You was shining brightly. He said that You are the embodiment of God, coming down here to save sentient beings and save the Earth.
Then, he gave me a bunch of beautiful pictures of all the Masters, including Yours. I held a very beautiful picture of You, and then I turned it over and found Jesus’s picture. I think You are Jesus. Dear Master, my final words to You, “You are our breath.”
Thank You, Master. May God bless the Supreme Master Television team. Respectfully yours, Aasiya in Melbourne, Australia
Gentle Aasiya, We thank you for your moving words which touched our hearts, and pray that all beings may love our Beloved Master, as we, Her ever-grateful disciples do. May God endlessly bless you and adaptable Australia with abundance and peace. In Universal Light, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. We are happy to share Master’s response with you: “Shining Aasiya, so much love for you! You are indeed one of the lucky ones to reconnect with God, your inner Master. This is human’s Divine heritage! Still, many people remain blind to the knowledge that they are all children of God. I am thankful to God for those, like yourself, who have found the way Home. May the Heavens adorn you and the friendly Australian people with joy and wisdom.”
