I have a blood circulation health tip to share with you. Chronic venous insufficiency is a circulation disorder in which the walls and/or valves in the veins throughout the body are not working optimally. Veins return the blood to your heart, however, this condition results in the blood pooling in the periphery, particularly the legs. It can be caused by a blood clot in the leg vein or as a result of varicose veins. Symptoms may include leg swelling, cramps, varicose veins, and thickening of the skin surrounding the ankles. The treatment will vary depending on the underlying cause of the disorder, which may involve prescription compression stockings, medications, and some self-care measures. You can decrease the risk of developing this condition by exercising frequently, eating a balanced diet high in plant-based Omega-3 oils sourced from flax seeds and walnuts, as well as avoiding excessive weight gain, smoking, and sitting or standing in one position for an extended period of time. Trust me, your legs will look and feel much better!
Now, it’s time to open the hilarity lid and reveal the joke of the day. It’s called “Shelter from the Rain.”
Two turtle-people were strolling down the road together. When one of them spotted dark clouds approaching, he exclaimed:
“It’s about to rain! Let us seek refuge from the rain!”
The other one replied:
“Yes, we need to find shelter as quickly as possible.”
Then, they both jumped into a lake.
And now we have a heartline from Izumi in Japan:
Dear Most Compassionate Supreme Master Ching Hai and Supreme Master TV team, Thank you for all the lovely programs.
I grew up in a similar family environment as Yi-Cen, who submitted the heartline “Love Is the Way to Health,” and I fell sick last year. I could not recite the Five Holy Names because of the extreme pain, and with this experience, I was finally able to change. When I was able to meditate again, I was grateful from the bottom of my heart and vowed to be diligent in meditation.
That night in my dreams, Master took on my karma for me. I really must be more humble, and I must repent. I must now correctly put into practice everything Master had taught me. There is not much time left. We are able to live because of Master’s numerous sacrifices.
I am truly thankful for all that You have done for me. May Beloved Master be healthy, and may all Your wishes come true. And a heartfelt thanks to the Supreme Master TV team for creating many wonderful programs for us to enjoy. Izumi from Japan
Determined Izumi, We are sorry to hear about your health in the past but thankful to the Buddhas that the experience has molded your life and emanated an important inner realization. May you and the peaceful land of Japan find harmony in Mother Nature, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. Master sends Her loving thoughts through the following words: “Intuitive Izumi, you are very lucky to be able to meditate in this world. We left our Heavenly Kingdom to realize how great we are. While this is not easy as we have forgotten our True Selves, it is definitely doable if we have a sincere longing to seek the Divine. May you and the contented people of Japan find eternal bliss in Buddha’s Luminescence.”
