Here is a safety tip for people who love jumping on trampolines. Smaller children are more likely to get injured, with falls being the most common. Do not allow any child below the age of six on a full-sized trampoline and ensure there is adult supervision when children and teens are using it. It is safer to allow only one person on the trampoline at a time and check that shock-absorbent padding covers the frame and all springs and hooks. Inspect equipment regularly for damage including the net enclosure, protective padding, springs and the base. Furthermore, set the trampoline away from structures, trees and other play areas. Don’t allow skateboards, sticks or objects on the trampoline. Safety is key so it can be an enjoyable experience for everyone.
It seems like the joke of the day has popped on the amusement monitor. Let’s take a look. It’s called “Excuse Me for Being Late.”
Mike was running a bit late to meet his girlfriend, so he called her.
“Honey, I'm so sorry. I'm stuck in traffic! It's bumper-to-bumper all the way there.”
Mike’s girlfriend, who lives two blocks away, replied:
“Babe, you know there's a sidewalk, right?”
?!
And now we have a heartline from Kazadi in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo:
We want to express our gratitude to our Venerated Ultimate Master for Her Love and Mercy in our country, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and for having given initiation to my wife and my two children. We have become a Quan Yin family, vegan, of course, here in Kinshasa. Thank You for broadcasting Supreme Master Television in our country. It brings many Blessings and positive vibrations into our homes. We also thank You for setting up the Loving Hut [vegan restaurant] in Kinshasa.
The brothers and sisters (monks and nuns) have shown great love to all the initiates in Kinshasa and the Congolese people. With Master’s Blessing, they organized an event on December 24, 2023, to celebrate the Spirit of Christ with the Blessing of Master and share the good news of veganism and a world of peace. We shared books such as “Love Is The Only Solution,” the free sample booklets “The Key of Immediate Enlightenment,” Alternative Living flyers and flyers with the menus from Kinshasa’s Loving Hut.
Thank You for the initiations in our country and for freeing several souls who were lost in hell, in vicious circles. They have now left the lower worlds to enter the very high upper worlds. We thank our Supreme Master Ching Hai for all Her Blessings in our country, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Kazadi from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo
High-spirited Kazadi, It was a pleasure to read your note. You are blessed to not only be initiated into the Quan Yin Method but also to be able to practice spiritually in the same direction as a family. Not many are privileged to have such merits in this lifetime. May Heaven-sent Blessings be bestowed upon you and the beautiful country of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. Master sends you a warm embrace: “Lucky Kazadi, it is refreshing to see such sincere gratitude and love. Through spreading God’s Love in your nation through book and flyer distribution and holding events, compassion will awaken and veganism can become more prevalent in your community. Diligent meditation is the key back Home to the Kingdom of God. My heartful Love to you and your whole family! May you and the virtuous Congolese people find Divine joy and Blessing in everything that is done in the spirit of true devotion.”
