I find great joy in watching bird-people bathing. I often include bird-people baths in my designs and have a tip for you about that today. Consider putting in a bird-person bath in an area with plenty of shade when you are designing your garden. You can also add tall shrubs or trees in close proximity to the bath to provide some protection and shade during the hottest time of the day. In addition to providing a spot for bird-people to take shelter during extreme weather, trees also give them a place to land, build nests, and clean their feathers following bathing. Furthermore, water will evaporate slower when the bath is shielded from the sun. To keep the water cool during hot weather, add either a block of ice or ice cubes in the morning so it will gradually melt throughout the day. Additionally, cold water prevents algae from growing quickly and makes the bird-people bath less alluring to insects such as mosquitoes. Our bird-citizens will surely appreciate the effort!
