I would like to share a tip on how to quickly change duvet covers after washing.
First, lay the duvet cover, which is inside out, flat on a double mattress, making sure the opening of this sheet is faced towards the foot of the bed. Next, place the comforter on top of the cover, ensuring all four corners are aligned and matched up with those of the sheet underneath. Beginning at the head of the bed, roll the sheet and duvet like a burrito while holding the two together until you reach the foot of the bed. Then flip the opening of the duvet cover on each end of the burrito, so that the exterior of the bed sheet is exposed. This should be done to both corners of the duvet prior to the middle section being flipped over. Lastly, the duvet is shaken out or unrolled giving perfect results!

My wife was initiated by Supreme Master Ching Hai many years ago. The fact that Master keeps incarnating and helping the inhabitants of the Earth in many ways, especially spiritually, makes me infinitely happy. On our planet, unfortunately, many people are seduced by the negative powers and thus move away from their God nature. How grateful I am that Master has taken it upon Herself to descend from the sphere of Divine Light into this world again and again, bringing blessings and enlightenment to people! Instantly, I knew that Master had sent blessings and help. I also feel immensely blessed by Master, because She has helped my wife again and again in severe hardships. She saved her from dangerous situations more than once.
As my wife has seen in visions, I have already met Master in earlier incarnations. First, I was among the spectators when Jesus Christ entered Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, and second, I met Bhagavan Sri Krishna when I was a child.
