Swing your way to better health with this helpful exercise advice. According to a study published in the journal Obesity, people who exercise once or twice weekly can lose the same amount of weight as those who exercise daily if they meet the specific guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO). WHO recommends adults perform moderate physical activity for at least 150 minutes each week or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity weekly. Dr. Beverly Tchang, Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York, states that the takeaway point is people should be physically active in any way that is suitable to their lifestyle, whether it be running, hiking, cycling, climbing, or other alternatives. Don't monkey around and get all the benefits of exercise by starting today!
Some happy vibes are on the way as the joke of the day is ready to go live. It’s called “Same for All of Us.”
Roger, an 86-year-young fellow went to the doctor for his yearly check-up, and the physician tried to determine his mental state.
“So, Roger, tell me, what gets you up in the morning?”
“Probably the same thing as everyone else, Doc. I have to go to the bathroom.”

And now we have a heartline from Archie in Australia:
Dear Master, Thank You for everything. I am grateful to You, the Ultimate Master, Almighty God, the Saints and Sages of the ten directions for eternity. Thank You all so, so much.
God gave me an idea to help humanity. As we know, there are two guards at the gate of humans’ souls and hearts: their ego and mind. These guards block our message of vegan and peace. When people are sad, they look down, and when they are happy, they look up! We can encourage humans to look up, literally look up with their eyes and attention. Then they are looking towards Heaven and away from hell without knowing. Thus, they are bypassing the two guards. Then they will be more happy, more positive and more open to the idea of peace and vegan.
I’m going to print a shirt to wear in public saying: Look up Feel happy Feel peace If we can get all people to start looking up whether inside a building or outside, looking up at trees, birds, the Sun and sky etc., then their energy will change positively. Looking forward to a world of vegan, harmony and peace. Yours forever, Archie from Australia
