Tajikistan responds to Pakistan flood emergency.
Following catastrophic flooding in Pakistan that sadly resulted in over 1,200 deaths, and destruction in excess of one million houses and critical infrastructures, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, the President of Tajikistan, directed the provision and distribution of life-saving humanitarian aid to the most-affected areas and households. The emergency supplies worth US$1.1 million included flour, drinking water, cement, and slate pieces. Tajikistan is a Shining World Leadership Award for Good Governance laureate. We laud your wholehearted efforts, government of Tajikistan and Your Excellency Emomali Rahmon, for your vital support that will help save countless people affected during this disaster. We pray, in this time of great loss, that our beloved Pakistani brothers and sisters be filled with love, courage, and strength, in Allah’s infinite Protection.
Worrying Omicron sub-variant reaches Europe.
The Omicron sub-variant designated BJ.1 recently emerged in Austria with six cases having been documented, while Denmark has also witnessed its appearance. Previous cases of this new strain were found in India. Austrian geneticist at the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology in Vienna, Dr. Ulrich Elling, called attention to potential dangers that the sub-variant poses. BJ.1 has a record high of 14 new mutations, most of which are near “receptor binding domains” where the pathogen infiltrates the human cells. These sites are the same routes into the cells that vaccines are designed to enter through. Based on its structure, authorities are saying that the new BJ.1 sub-variant could be associated with a new wave of illness and are carefully observing its characteristics. Our appreciation, Dr. Ulrich Elling and all researchers who are tracking the development of this threat. May humans hastily adopt the lasting solution of plant-based living to protect themselves from future zoonotic pandemics and subsequent illness, in Heaven’s beneficence. “Go ahead n make war, only others’ women + children die, r maimed or suffer; u n urs will never have such disasters, cos the taxpayers fund ur army 2 protect u.”

Hey, optimistic friends, how are you doing? I’m Geraldine, a vegan chiropractor from the Greater Glider kingdom. As the seasons turn, it’s always useful to begin or renew your commitment to a healthy exercise program. This way you maintain a balanced body, mind and spirit, to help you adapt to the changing weather. I have a health tip to protect your back during exercise, if you have a disc herniation. There are some exercises that may seem helpful, but actually aren’t achieving the desired result. A sign that these exercises are not suitable is, if your body is hurting while you’re doing them and the condition is worse afterwards. Exercises you should avoid with disc herniation include toe touches, as this adds extra stress on the area, sit-ups, which lead to increased flexion pressure on the spine, and leg lifts, that may aggravate lower back pain. Until you have consulted a professional therapist and corrected the situation, please avoid lifting weights and boxes over your head, as a stable spine and good core control is required for this activity. Thank you for tuning in and much love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet, thus save the world! Now, the weather around our beautiful globe.

Angola’s army raising seedlings to re-green land.
The Angolan Armed Forces are implementing a project called Reforestation Reform, which has the long-term goal to replant 100,000 hectares of forests in barren areas. Central Bié province is currently home to a large nursery where the seedlings are being raised, and youth along with veterans are working together on the laudable initiative. Additionally, the endeavor is also developing new varieties of trees that can better cope with climate change, and will carry out studies related to the improvement of several species. In 2020, the nation also planted one million mangroves as part of the Africa Adaptation Initiative to deal with climate change. Way to go, Angola, on your loving dedication to re-green your precious country. In God’s elevating Light, may all nations accelerate the returning of land to forest.
Valiant hero in United States races to help neighbors stuck in burning duplex.
Clifford Saint-Jean, of Roslindale, Massachusetts, saved a mother and her two children trapped on the second floor of a burning building. The quick-thinking man placed a mattress beneath the window and encouraged the woman to release her five-year-old, who he safely caught. Thereafter, the mom and her teen both jumped to safety as well. Firefighters were able to douse the inferno within 30 minutes, though two personnel were taken to hospital with minor injuries from the effort. The Red Cross is locating temporary housing for the five adults and four children uprooted by the fire. The community intends to work together to provide for the displaced individuals. The mom expressed her gratitude to Mr. Saint-Jean, saying, “Thank you, you saved my life, you saved my family’s life.” God bless you, Clifford Saint-Jean, for your heroic selfless actions. Our accolades also to the firefighters. May our inner Divine nature always prompt us to respond to those in need. Vegan: so easy 2 b!

London-based new vegan milk brand launches across United Kingdom.
With rave reviews, vegan startup Lilk has introduced two varieties of plant-based milk made from mixtures of grains and seeds. The Common Blend, primarily from rice and oats, has a neutral taste that’s very dairy-like. The Lush Blend, a combination of coconut, oats and quinoa, is ideal for use in drinks and baked goods. Both contain only their natural sweetness, and are enriched with calcium, iodine, along with vitamins B12 and D. Lilk was voted the Best Overall Plant Milk 2022 by The Independent, a British online newspaper, and is available at Waitrose supermarkets, and Holland & Barrett health food stores across the country. In addition, the brand’s planet-friendly packaging is made from FSC-certified paperboard and is completely recyclable. Well done, Lilk developers, with your thoughtful and sumptuous drinks that protect our planet and animal people. We wish you great success in your future endeavors, in Heaven’s luminosity.
Largest e-ticket platform in India ceases to support circuses involving animal-people.
BookMyShow made the ground-breaking decision to halt all ticket sales for animal-person entertainment events, after People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India’s ongoing campaigns against the inhumane treatment of innocent animal-performers by circuses. The ticketing portal commenced its new policy against such use of our animal-friends and has pledged it will support only consenting human entertainers. PETA has lauded BookMyShow for its commitment to animal-person well-being. In January this year, 100 veterinarians appealed to Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, His Excellency Parshottam Rupala, with a petition also supported by 100,000 students, to implement a ban devised in 2018 that prohibits the use of animal-folks in circuses. We pray that this important bill will be accepted soon. Our heartfelt thanks, PETA India, BookMyShow and all supporters involved, for your commitment to eliminate the use of our animal friends in the entertainment business. May all circuses move to engage talented artists to delight fellow humans, in Celestial glory.
This joke of the day might help you with your abdominal muscles workout. It’s entitled “Bad News.”
A man in Washington calls his son in California the day before Christmas Eve and says:
“Stan, I have some bad news. Your mother and I are getting a divorce.”
“Dad, what are you talking about?”
Franticly, Stan calls his sister:
“There’s no way they’re getting divorced! I’ll take care of this!”
She calls her dad immediately:
“You are NOT getting divorced. Don’t do a single thing until I get there. I’m calling Stan back to arrange things, and we’ll both be there tomorrow.”
The man hangs up the phone and turns to his wife…
“All good! They’re coming for Christmas – and they’re paying their own way!”
And now we have a heartline from Melokuhle in Johannesburg, South Africa:
Dear Supreme Master Ching Hai, First of all, I would like to thank You for all the work You are doing for the world. As we are going through this crucial time, we are very lucky and blessed to have You on this planet.
On June 20, 2022, my mom passed away. I was very devastated and am still trying to deal with the pain. My mom was living with me here in Johannesburg, South Africa. The 2.5 years I spent with her were full of good experiences and medical challenges. I did my best to make her life very comfortable, and provided her with the best care possible. She became vegan when she moved in with me. She enjoyed vegan food. I used to take her to different vegan restaurants and for long drives around the city. My mom was at the center of my life, that’s why it’s so painful. My heart is broken, but the (inner Heavenly) sound meditation has been helping me to build more strength within.
My mom had been having a few seizures due to a past head injury, which slowly increased with time, until her last hour. She had degraded quickly from her second year in Johannesburg, due to several dark attacks. Most of them were followed by seizures and with time, her body couldn’t cope with the pain. I will be taking my mother’s body back home for the burial this September. A few hours after she passed away, as I was moving the body to the mortuary, I noticed that her entire body was glowing so much, full of light and she had a smile on her face; she was not sad. Then, I knew Master took care of my mom. A few days later, my elder sister had a dream in which my mom was beautifully dressed, and smiling at her. She told us that my mom is in Heaven.
Thank You, Master, sincerely, for taking care of my mother and always protecting us. Your disciple, Melokuhle from Johannesburg, South Africa
Loyal Melokuhle, We pray that you may find comfort in the warmth of the Sun and Heaven’s embrace.
Master has these heartfelt words for you: “Precious Melokuhle, your mother is so fortunate to have such a loving son who follows a living Master. Know that she is very grateful to you and having left this realm, her suffering has now ended. Please remember to look after yourself too. Take time for meditation and find comfort in your spiritual practice. My love and support are with you always. May you, your loved ones, and the colorful South African people know All-merciful God’s infinite Grace.”
