In today’s news, new community hub centers to better lives in Madagascar, ozone layer could be fully repaired by 2066, Ukrainian (Ureignian) city designated as UNESCO World Heritage site, climate law passes in Taiwan (Formosa) to promote plant-based foods, Blankets of Hope donates thousands of blankets for people in need in Pennsylvania, USA, Swedish convenience stores now serve plant-based dairy options in their coffee machines, and canine companions rehabilitate prisoners in United States.
Here is a cooking tip for you! Want a tasty plant-based Irish side dish to please your guests? Then try out this recipe! Put five large potatoes in a big pot and add just enough water to cover them. Cook the potatoes for a minimum of 20 minutes or until they are soft. In another pot containing water, place one coarsely chopped cabbage and boil for 15 minutes. Then, drain it and set it aside. In a separate pot or skillet, add one cup (236 milliliters) of soy milk and three sliced leeks, and cook it for approximately 15 minutes until it’s tender. After the potatoes are finished cooking, combine them with the soy milk, leeks, salt, and pepper, and mash them all together. You can also add 0.5 teaspoons (2.5 grams) of freshly ground nutmeg if you like. Lastly, stir in the cabbage and sprinkle in more salt and pepper to taste. Bon appétit!
Now, it’s time to let some delightful giggles cheer up your day with the following joke. It’s called “No Labor Required.”
When my friend Jody got a full-time job, her husband Jake agreed to share the housework. Before long, he was stunned by the amount of effort involved in keeping a house clean and insisted that he and Jody go shopping for a new vacuum cleaner. When they went to the store, the salesman gave them a demonstration of the latest model.
“It comes equipped with all the newest features!”
But Jake was not convinced. So, he said:
“I don't know. Don't you have one that you can ride?”
?!
And now we have a heartline from Phúc An in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam:
Most Beloved Master, I am so grateful to You, and I appreciate Supreme Master Television, which helps to connect and spread Your message of Love to all beings in the whole Universe.
I cherish all the programs everyday on Supreme Master Television. When I saw the program “The Schubert Dressing: Healing Through Music,” I believed it immediately because I experienced the same. Every day, I always listen to Your music, poetry and lectures, when I am working, resting, or traveling, etc. I felt that Your music cleansed the negative things in me and helped heal me.
Several years ago, I was infected with the hepatitis virus. The doctor diagnosed it and said, “At the moment, we don’t have a cure for this illness.” But I was still optimistic because illnesses are blessings to help me learn to take care of myself better and to practice more diligently. Up till now, I am completely healed to the surprise of my family and friends. I thank You for helping me. I didn’t get vaccinated during the last pandemic either because I believe Master is always taking care of us.
We are so fortunate to have You as our Great Spiritual Master. Phúc An from Âu Lạc (Vietnam)
Prayerful Phúc An, We value reading of how Master continues to uplift lives in so many ways and thank you for relating your experiences.
Master has these heartfelt words for you: “Tender Phúc An, it is rewarding to know that you are utilizing all means available, like Supreme Master Television, to elevate your daily living here in this illusionary world so that we will ultimately get out free from it. Remember to also meditate as much as you can, and proportionately on the inner Heavenly Light and Sound. Much Love to you and may the Divine bless you and the gracious Aulacese (Vietnamese) people with wisdom and Heaven’s miracles.”
