Today I have an eye health tip to share with you! If you find yourself in front of a computer screen frequently, you've probably encountered the discomfort of eye strain, including symptoms like eye fatigue and dryness, headaches, blurry vision, and even neck or shoulder pain. These may be symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome, exasperated by the digital age and the COVID-19 pandemic. There are simple, effective measures you can take to make your digital life more comfortable and enjoyable. You can start by embracing the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, take 20 seconds to gaze at something 20 feet (seven meters) away. Consider investing in computer vision syndrome glasses to shield your eyes from blue light radiation, reducing headaches and eye strain. Positioning your screen at a comfortable 50-70 centimeters distance and opting for a chair with proper back support to maintain the right posture are two very helpful points. If symptoms persist or worsen, it would be wise to consult an eye specialist. Your vision deserves the best care!
The following joke popped up in front of us on the good mood street, wanting to spread some laughs. This one’s called “Fun Job.”
A salesman was bored with his job, so he decided to become a police officer. A few months later, a friend who used to work with him asked about his life and new job.
“Randy, how do you like being a policeman?”
“Well, the salary is good, and the working hours are decent. But what I like most about it is that the customer is always wrong.”

And now we have a heartline from Abigail in Australia:
Hallo, Respected and Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai, Due to my health problem and the influence of my elder sister and her family, I started to change my diet. Up to now, I’ve been a vegan for more than two years.
One night last year, I dreamed of Supreme Master Ching Hai. I told Master that my elder sister’s whole family are Master’s disciples. Master said that She knew. In the dream, I saw a boy and a dog-person. The boy said to me, “The gathering today is quite peaceful but yesterday there were some quarrels.” Then, I woke up.
I was ill recently, which caused me to be in a bad mood. When my family and friends came to visit me, they all gave me a very warm hug, which was like a booster that made me feel like I was protected by angels.
Because I have often watched Supreme Master TV and listened to Supreme Master Ching Hai’s teachings, I began to have the thought that veganism has had a big impact on our family. I began to notice the changes in my family members. For example, they don’t kill insects they find inside the house anymore. Instead, they carefully take them outside. I truly wish that one day they will be vegan like me. I am very grateful for Supreme Master Ching Hai’s invisible care and Blessings. Abigail from Australia
Awakened Abigail, We thank you for relaying your insightful dream.
Master replies to you with Love: “Gracious Abigail, it is good to know that you were comforted by your friends and family during your recent illness. It is very beneficial to follow your elder sister’s family’s compassionate lead and eat only vegan foods. We must all act to save the lives of our precious animal co-inhabitants and consequently save our precious world. May you and the resourceful Australian people be guided in Divine wisdom so all soon experience joyous vegan living.”
