Take care of your health by first having more vegetables on your plate, and second, by exercising daily. I have some great news for bike commuters. New research from Scotland found that cyclists have a reduced risk of early death by 47%, and a reduced risk of hospitalization for any reason by 10%, compared to commuters who drive or take the train. After certain factors like age and pre-existing health conditions were taken into account, commuting by bike was linked with a 51% decreased risk of dying from cancer, a 24% reduced risk of hospitalization for heart disease, and a 20% decreased risk of being prescribed drugs for mental health problems. So, how about considering cycling the next time you commute to work!
The joke of the day is about to step out of the hilarity waiting room, all ready to give you limitless laughs. This one's entitled “Point Taken.”
Joyce recently bought a new car that had faulty headlights. After five visits to the dealership mechanic, they were still unable to fix it. Calls and letters to the dealer got her nowhere as well. So, she went to the florist:
“I’d like to get a fruit basket filled with lemons and send it to the car dealer with this poem: ‘When I drive my lemon, I'll be thinking of you. Pretty soon, my attorney will too.’”
A short time later, the dealer called:
“What color would you like your new car to be?”
And now we have a heartline from Jasline in Indonesia:
The happiest moment for us was when Master gave us an opportunity to run a Loving Hut for two years, which had never come to our mind at all, considering that it takes a lot of money to open a business. We were invited by one of the initiates to join, to replace an initiate who was moving to America and things were already going well. When we started running it, things were not as expected. The two of us, who had no experience, had to keep trying to run it because at that time, there were already three Loving Hut outlets that had closed. My husband hoped that there would be no more outlets closed.
Not long after the COVID pandemic came, many restaurants closed. The economy was so difficult, everything was limited, and with all our limitations and shortcomings, we hoped that this Loving Hut could survive and prayed that Master would always guide and provide the best way for us. Thanks to Master’s help, we managed to do it. Without Master’s guidance, we would not have been able to do it. Despite the prolonged pandemic, this Loving Hut was still running well and customers continued to support us. At that time, it could only be takeaway, and operating hours were limited.
After two years, the pandemic began to subside. We thought of giving opportunities to other initiates who had more financial resources to develop further. Finally, Master gave us a replacement. Now it has been more than two years since we left that Loving Hut, and it is still running. Hopefully, there will be new outlets that will grow, per the wishes of the brother who continued it, and hopefully, Master’s mission to veganize many people can be achieved as soon as possible. Even though we are no longer running a Loving Hut, we still continue Master’s wish to veganize many people, albeit in a different way. Thank You, Master, for giving us this precious opportunity and Master’s infinite Love has been with us… Always Jasline from Indonesia
Mindful Jasline, Thank you for your note. We are happy to hear how, with Master Power, you successfully worked through the challenges facing your Loving Hut during the pandemic lockdowns and restrictions. Joyfully, the restaurant is still operating and providing a vehicle for people to find out just how tasty and easy it is to be vegan. May you and the cultured Indonesian people be blessed by the radiant Sun with abundant vegan produce to nourish your bodies and souls. In Heavenly Glory, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. We share this cheerful response from Master for you: “Aspiring Jasline, continue your efforts to spread the loving vegan diet in your community as best you can. We need all to be rapidly awakened to the only compassionate way of eating that benefits both humanity and our animal friends. Much love to you and your brothers and sisters. I am always grateful to any of you, good initiates, who are helping to save the world in various possible ways. Multifold merits! May you and verdant Indonesia always enjoy God’s favor.”
