United States, donates ventilators to Zimbabwe to combat COVID-19.

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) contributed 20 new high-tech ventilators to Solidarity Trust Zimbabwe, whose goal is helping to organize a national response to the pandemic. The ventilators are made in the US, tailored to suit Zimbabwe’s requirements, and will help save the lives of those with respiratory complications due to coronavirus. Furthermore, the US also offered a customized support package, including training for healthcare workers and installation of the ventilators. Supporting Zimbabwe with over US$20 million in various medical care and humanitarian projects throughout the pandemic, the US, since 1980, has provided US$3.5 billion in humanitarian aid to Zimbabwe. The United States is a recipient of four Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, three Shining World Leadership Awards for Good Governance, seven Shining World Leadership Awards for Promoting Healthy Living, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Justice, Protection, and Environmental Protection; and a laureate of 23 Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, three Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection, two Shining World Leadership Awards for Loving Care, a Shining World Peace Leader Award, Shining World Caring Leadership Award, and Shining World Super Loving Care Leadership Award. Our earnest gratitude, United States, for your continued, life-saving generosity to Zimbabwe. May all amiable Zimbabweans be blessed with good health and prosperity, in the gracious protection of the Divine.

Scientists urge a global shift to a more plant-based diet to prevent widespread biodiversity loss.

In a study entitled, “Proactive conservation to prevent habitat losses to agricultural expansion,” a team of international scientists led by the Universities of Leeds and Oxford in the United Kingdom assessed that if we continue our current agricultural land use policies, 87.7% of almost 20,000 terrestrial vertebrate species may lose their habitat by 2050. In particular, the scientists warned that “without big changes to food systems,” millions of square kilometers of natural habitats could be lost. Moreover, 1,280 species are projected to lose at least a quarter of their remaining habitat, with hundreds losing at least 50%, making them more vulnerable to extinction. Published in the journal Nature Sustainability, the study calls for a rapid shift to more plant-based, “healthier human diets.” Many thanks, all researchers of this important study. In God’s wisdom and benevolence, may countries around the world quickly transition to a vegan diet to save our planet and her inhabitants.

Up next, ancient classical dances enthrall audiences during yearly three-day celebration in India. We’ll just take a little time to thank the vegan ranchers, who have given up animal livestock raising and transitioned to compassionate plant-based living. Please stay tuned for more giving news on Supreme Master Television.

Hi, kind viewers, it’s Biju the vegan Jewel Beetle! Heaven on Earth is as close as your next vegan meal, because no animals will suffer and you will be blessed from above for your peaceful loving choice!! Here is a neat way to help relieve a sore throat. Although a gargling with saltwater is often advised, a baking soda solution that is gargled can also assist in alleviating a sore throat. According to the non-profit Cleveland Clinic of the United States: “Salt water can help reduce swelling and irritation in your throat. Baking soda also soothes the throat, breaks up mucus, and can help with throat-irritating acid reflux.” Thank you for watching and love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. Now, weather from around the world.

Ancient Indian dance celebrated in three-day event.

The Mukteswar Dance Festival was recently held at the Mukteswar Temple in the capital of Odisha State in India. Held every year since 1984, the event is organized by Odisha Tourism and highlights Odissi Dance. This is an ancient classical dance in which a mythical story, devotional poem or spiritual idea is conveyed through entrancing movements, vibrant costumes, as well as artistic expressions and gestures. The mesmerizing dances and melodies were performed by acclaimed national and international artists. Mukteswar Temple, built in 950-975 CE, is an architectural masterpiece of Odisha and is dedicated to Lord Shiva, who is also known as the Lord of Dance, Nataraja. In Divine beauty, may the world recognize and learn from the wisdom inherent in our cherished traditions, as we usher in the Golden Age.

Australian company moves forward with zero-carbon lithium production.

Australian clean energy pioneers, Vulcan Energy Resources, recently released the results of a pre-feasibility study that showed that they can profitably produce zero-carbon lithium for car batteries in Germany. The plant would use energy from the geothermal heat located underground to run the process, and could produce 40,000 metric tons of lithium hydroxide per year. The €1.74 billion project would operate from Europe’s largest lithium mine, which is located in Upper Rhine Valley of Germany. Way to go, Vulcan Energy Resources, on your smart efforts to produce lithium for eco-friendly cars while producing no emissions. May your plant help to facilitate a sustainable future for Europe, in Heaven’s radiance.

Famed United States singer is donating US$500,000 to help people facing eviction during the economic crisis caused by the pandemic.

The 24-time Grammy Award winning mega-star Beyoncé has committed to helping one hundred people with a $5,000 grant each so that they are able to stay in their homes. The philanthropist extended the invitation for those in need to apply as an initiative of her BeyGOOD Impact Fund. Beyoncé’s BeyGOOD charity previously donated over US$6 million for coronavirus relief and has also helped set up COVID-19 testing sites in her hometown of Houston, Texas. Our heartfelt appreciation and Heaven bless you, Beyoncé! Your generosity and support, in this time of need, are much-appreciated ways you share your light and love with the world.

Up next on Noteworthy News, restaurant in France is the first vegan eatery in the country to be awarded a Michelin Star. We’ll just go tidy up the kitchen to reset and refresh our minds from work. We’ll return with more encouraging news on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Joyful News for a Magnificent World.

Vegan restaurant in France wins Michelin Star.

ONA or Origine Non-Animale, meaning “animal-free origin” in French, became the first vegan restaurant in France to be awarded the prestigious Michelin Star recognition. Located in the city of Ares, ONA was established in 2016 by self-taught vegan chef, Claire Vallée, a former archaeologist. Chef Vallée was able to secure financing to open her restaurant through crowdfunding and a bank that supported ethical start-ups. ONA, which serves delectable gourmet plant-based cuisine, has also been awarded a green star from Michelin for its strong ethical practices. Of the Michelin award, Chef  Vallée said: “This goes to show that nothing is impossible… The most important thing is to enjoy doing this.” Kudo’s, chef Claire Vallée and ONA, wishing you continued success! May your courage and tenacity, helping to usher in a vegan world, be blessed manifold, in God’s boundless compassion.

Police officers rescue drowning puppy.

While taking a walk one morning, Carol and Scott DeNaro caught sight of an animal floundering in the chilly waters of Jamaica Bay, New York, United States. Realizing they were seeing a dog far from shore, the couple quickly alerted the Police Department’s Harbor Unit. Officers immediately arrived, brought the puppy, later found to be named Georgia, safely to shore, and kept her warm. The rescued pup was then transferred to a local veterinarian for a checkup and found to be in good condition. Georgia was reunited with her delighted caregivers, who had adopted her just five days earlier and were searching for her after she was startled and had gotten free of her leash. Our sincere gratefulness, Carol and Scott DeNaro, the New York Police Department’s Harbor Unit and all who helped rescue and care for sweet Georgia. In the love of the Providence, may we all take swift actions when needed to safeguard others, including our treasured animal companions.

Ready to smile from ear to ear? Let’s hear the joke of the day entitled, “A Mice Family.”

A family of mice were surprised by a big cat. Father Mouse jumped and said:

“Bow-wow!”

Then the cat ran away.

“What was that, father?”

“Well, son, that’s why it’s important to learn a second language.”

And now we have a heartline from Hsiao-Fang in Taiwan, also known as Formosa:

Hallo, Dear Master and Supreme Master Television team, I am the mother of young fellow initiate Hsiao-Chin. He is in the third grade of elementary school this year. The teacher gave an assignment to write a composition titled "My Idol." He wrote that his idol is Supreme Master Ching Hai, who taught him to meditate. The article described Master as a caring artist and philanthropist, helping those in need in the world, and One who received the proclamation of the Supreme Master Ching Hai Day from the United States. He also mentioned that Master’s explanation of the meaning of Supreme Master Ching Hai Day is for everyone to help other people and animals. He also introduced Supreme Master Television, funded by Master, which has a lot of great programs that promote vegan diets and protecting the animals and give awards to praise beautiful people who are models for everyone to learn from. Finally, he also mentioned that he admired Master very much and hoped that in the future he could become a role model for vegans. This article received a very high score. The teacher praised the composition and outlined many good points. After reading it, the teacher was deeply touched by Master and wrote a comment: "The teacher should also learn selfless dedication from Master." The teacher also posted this composition on the classroom announcement board for students to read and hoped that he would submit this composition to the elementary school newspaper in Taiwan (Formosa). I am very grateful to Master for teaching Hsiao-Chin in spiritual and intellectual aspects. He is enthusiastic about helping others in the school, being kind to others, helping the family at home and is very caring and understanding. The teacher even chose him as a model of filial piety from his performance in school and daily life. Hsiao-Chin also drew a picture before depicting that Master blessed the world through meditation and designing S.M. Celestial jewelry, and brought light to the Universe. On the day of Supreme Master TV's broadcast of the lecture in which I reported to Master about Hsiao-Chin's experience, Hsiao-Chin dreamed about us coming to see Master together hand in hand and felt Master's Love and blessings deeply. It is really God’s grace and our great honor to be fortunate enough to follow the example of a living Master.

Thank You, Master, for guiding us everywhere and creating Supreme Master Television. We can deeply feel the positive energy emitting from Supreme Master Television. Our TV at home plays Supreme Master Television 24 hours a day. When I go out, I always play Supreme Master Television or Master’s music, because I know well that God’s positive energy benefits all places and sentient beings where it passes through. Every place where Supreme Master TV is broadcasting is a point of light in the world. Tens of thousands of broadcasts are like setting up a dense protective net, bringing full Love and positive energy to the Earth and the Universe! We are sincerely grateful for Master’s unconditional effort day and night and the Supreme Master Television team’s hard work! I sincerely hope that the vegan world will come soon! Sincerely, Your disciple Hsiao-Fang from Taiwan (Formosa)

Appreciative Hsiao-Fang, Thank you for sharing about the blessings you and your family experience through the Loving Grace and Wisdom of Supreme Master Ching Hai’s teachings and Supreme Master Television. This thoughtful picture drawn by Hsiao-Chin is much appreciated. We wish you both many happy hours in mediation. May Heaven provide you, your loved ones, and the clear-sighted Taiwanese (Formosan) people with abundance, ensuring all your needs are met. In Heaven’s Light, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master has some words for you: “Flowing Hsiao-Fang, thank you for raising such a good, obedient, and exemplary son. Hsiao-Chin sounds like he is diligent in his spiritual practice. Please tell him I appreciate his artwork and that I am proud of him. Buddha’s radiance to you, Hsiao-Chin, the rest of your family and forward-thinking Taiwan (Formosa).”
