In today’s news, religious organization helps disadvantaged youth and migrants in Mexican border city, doctors in India say COVID patients may be susceptible to fungal infections, Australia pursues automated surveillance system to stop bushfires, United Kingdom upgrades to high-speed broadband service, boy in United States provides blessing bags to homeless people, plant-based canned tuna debuts in the Netherlands, and Turkey welcomes annual flamingo migration.

Long-standing programs serve vulnerable community members.

Since 1987, the Salesian Tijuana Project has been helping disadvantaged youth and migrants residing in the border city of Tijuana, Baja California Norte, Mexico. Operated by the Society of St. Francis de Sales (Salesian) missionaries, the Project provides food, health care, and basic education to thousands of people each month. Before the pandemic, migrants could have their hair cut, take a shower, put on clean clothes and make phone calls. But many services had to be suspended to comply with the government’s COVID-19 safety measures, and because of fewer donations and volunteers. By networking with other institutions the Salesians are beginning to resume their noble work that many depend on. Our heartfelt gratitude, Salesian Tijuana Project, associated agencies and personnel. We pray that all humans can have peaceful and fulfilling lives, in harmony with each other and all animal co-inhabitants, in God’s all-embracing mercy.

Rare fungal disease threatens individuals with weakened immunity.

Doctors in India have reported cases of mucormycosis, a rare illness caused by molds commonly found in soil and on damp walls of old buildings. It usually affects a person’s sinuses or lungs and can be fatal if left untreated. The fungus often affects younger individuals with underlying conditions like diabetes. However, the Indian Council of Medical Research has noted that COVID patients treated with steroids or confined to intensive care units may also be at risk. Physicians want the public to be alert for early symptoms of mucormycosis, especially a stuffy and bleeding nose so that anti-fungal intravenous injections can be prescribed. Our deep appreciation, medical professionals of India, for your caution and for everything you have been doing to save precious lives. By the grace of the Providence, may your country’s suffering be alleviated to the greatest possible extent.

Up next, Australia pursues automated surveillance system to stop bushfires. We’ll take a moment to thank the procurement clerks who receive requests for items from various company departments, prepare purchase orders and find the best deals available from vendors. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more informative news. Vegan=True Human.

Hi, happy friends, it’s Grant the vegan Gouldian Finch! If you want to know how I became so awesome, it was my plant-based diet. Try going vegan and see for yourself the difference it makes, inside and out. Here’s a health tip for getting more magnesium. If your body doesn’t absorb the mineral well when you take it by mouth, you can make your own magnesium oil and absorb it through your skin! All you need is magnesium chloride flakes, filtered water and your favorite vegan lotion that doesn’t have any artificial or chemical ingredients. In a glass jar combine 1/2 cup or 125 milliliters of magnesium chloride flakes with an equal amount of hot filtered water. Stir until the flakes are dissolved. Next, measure out 4 tablespoons or 60 milliliters of the magnesium water and add it to a bowl containing 1 cup or 250 milliliters of your body lotion. Blend the two using an electric mixer or a whisk and then pour into a plastic bottle. Now you have a magnesium-infused lotion that can be applied anywhere – but put it on your feet and torso for the best absorption. And remember to shake the bottle before each use. Big love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants! And thank you for tuning in. Now the weather around our beautiful globe.

Australian company schedules launch of satellite to monitor terrestrial combustion.

Fireball International, headquartered in Queensland, has developed an artificial intelligence system that can rapidly detect and assess wildfires. Dubbed FUEGO, the integrated program analyzes images and data from cameras on the ground, in the air, and aboard orbiters to provide local command centers with real-time fire maps. The firm has already been hired to maintain surveillance over the west coast of North America, from Mexico to Canada, and plans to put its first satellite dedicated to Australia into orbit next year. Once all the components are in place, FUEGO will be able to spot 99% of all fires within 5 minutes, thus initiating a swift emergency response. Bravo, Fireball, for advancing such a high level of protection for the planet. We pray that global temperatures will soon stop rising as more people switch to plant-based diets, in Celestial wisdom.

British government invests in infrastructure to deliver fast broadband nationwide.

A significant number of hard-to-reach homes and businesses in the United Kingdom are currently lacking high-speed internet service. Government ministers have announced an initiative called Project Gigabit, which will install the necessary fiber optics so that by 2025 at least 85% of all citizens will have access to data speeds of 1,000 megabits per second or greater. Analysts foresee that the program will create jobs throughout the country, boost economic recovery from the pandemic and catalyze high-tech and creative industries. A sum of £5 billion is being allocated for construction work to begin in 2022 with another £210 million in vouchers set aside for customers who may need financial assistance with the upgrade. The United Kingdom is a laureate of the Shining World Leadership for Caring Award, Shining World Wise Leadership Award, and Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection, Animal Protection and Kindness. A big round of applause, United Kingdom, on your plan to provide next-generation communication technology. May your benevolent intentions facilitate the distribution of constructive information and enlightening entertainment, in Heaven’s blessings.

Young boy aspires to make life easier for others.

Maddox O’Connor of Indiana, USA, has a rare mitochondrial disease that required weekly trips to the hospital when he was 6 years old. On one of his visits, Maddox befriended a homeless person lingering outside. The boy felt a oneness with the man’s struggle to survive and gave him the leftover items in his lunch bag. This inspired the youngster to prepare “blessing bags” regularly for people on the street. With help from his parents, he founded Maddox’s Mission and regularly distributes sacks containing food, hygiene products and a handwritten note of encouragement. Recently, he delivered 200 of them to his hometown police department, asking the officers to keep some in their patrol cars. Heaven bless you, Maddox O’Connor, and your supportive family. We pray that your loving thoughtfulness will spread far and wide.

Coming up, plant-based canned tuna debuts in the Netherlands. We will take a moment to feel grateful for the ability to make different choices, change direction and get closer to achieving satisfaction. More worthwhile news when we return! Dutch company launches fish-free canned tuna.

The documentary “Seaspiracy” has been raising public awareness about the environmental impact of the fishing industry. At the same time, consumer demand for plant-based seafood alternatives has surged. One company that has responded is SeaSoGood, based in the Netherlands. The start-up recently launched its Happy Tune line of vegan canned tuna products, which boast high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. Albert Heijn, the largest supermarket chain in the country, is carrying all three flavors – Original, Olive Oil and Lemon & Black Pepper. They can be added to salads, served on bruschetta, and even work well as pizza toppings. Market forecasters expect that within the next ten years, faux seafood will develop into a billion-dollar industry. Kudos to SeaSoGood! May your forward-thinking ways inspire more innovation from the food industry to hasten our progress toward World Vegan, in Divine upliftment.

Flamingos return en masse to Anatolia.

Lake Tuz is the second-largest waterbody in Turkey. It is quite shallow and salty, which appeals to the tall pink birds. Every year, when the weather gets warm in September and October, they visit by the thousands. It is an ideal habitat that supplies them with food and security for incubating their eggs and nursing their young. This scheduled layover during migration represents the species’ largest natural breeding colony. Turkish residents and tourists come to celebrate the annual event as scientists monitor the health of the avian population. Our hearts are gladdened by the beauty of these graceful beings and we are thankful to Turkey for being a welcoming host. We pray that the peaceful regularity of the birds’ lives will continue uninterrupted despite our rapidly changing world.

Next, let’s brighten up your day with a joke entitled “Good Morning!”

Two classmates, Peggy and Lara, had taken their final exams the Friday before and were waiting for the results to be posted on the school bulletin board. Peggy called Lara’s phone: “Lara, I heard that the test scores are up on the board now. Let’s go there and see how we did.”

“I can’t. I’m out shopping with my mom. You go and look for my grades. If I only failed one subject, send me a text message that says ‘Good morning to you!’ But if I failed two subjects, send ‘Good morning to you and your mom!’ ”

Peggy agreed to the plan. About 20 minutes later, Lara’s phone vibrated in her pocket. She took it out and read the message on the screen: “Good morning to you and your entire family!”

And now we have a heartline from Chút in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam:

Dear Master, I have spread Supreme Master TV via other TV channels, and also by attaching the Supreme Master TV website at the end of messages (though these are personal ones) of SMS, Zalo, Facebook, etc.

- About the “Alternative Living” message, I have spread this by printing these flyers and distributing them directly to people and through ad printing on a large scale.

- The prayer for ¨WORLD VEGAN-WORLD PEACE” has been printed together with the Alternative Living flyers and has been put on a big size poster.

I don’t use Master’s name for a personal purpose, neither do I print Master’s name on flyers as the flyers may be discarded.

Master, Your sacrifice and Love have made the Earth change for the better; everyone is switching to a more noble and healthy diet. The change to a vegan diet currently is going very fast and easily. That is a wonderful thing which I have seen and felt clearly in my local area. I wish that Master is always protected, safe, peaceful and healthy. Chút from Âu Lạc (Vietnam)

Dedicated Chút, Our gratitude for your heartline. We appreciate your efforts in promoting veganism through different media to help people be well-informed.

Master embraces you and lifts your spirits with Her words: “Considerate Chút, thank you for your noble passion in spreading the vegan message. Bless your good heart! You can print and distribute the Alternative Living flyer (available for download from our official website, al.godsdirectcontact.org.tw). You can also distribute small cards with SupremeMasterTV.com on them and give them away wherever you go, anytime. Please feel free to share our programs on vegan living with others, which are available from SupremeMasterTV.com/download. May you and the kindhearted people of Âu Lạc (Vietnam) forever be in the Buddha’s loving embrace.”

We welcome your heartlines, stories and or cute, loving animal clips. Please send them via SupremeMasterTV.com/heartline

Thank you for your company on Noteworthy News. May you and your loved ones be showered with God’s love and protection.
