Netherlands supports demining activities in Yemen.
The Netherlands government has contributed US$7.5 million to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to assist Yemen in the removal of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) remaining from past conflicts. The UNDP has established a three-year initiative called the Emergency Mine Action Project- Phase 2 to be implemented with local partners, the Yemen Executive Mine Action Centre, the Yemen Mine Action Co-ordination Centre, and the National Mine Action Centre. The goal of the collaboration is to enhance the agencies’ ability to clear explosive devices and increase local communities’ awareness on staying safe, leading to citizens regaining access to livelihoods, hospitals, schools, markets, along with other vital services and resources. The Netherlands is a recipient of two Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism and a Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion, as well as a laureate of Shining World Leadership Awards for Animal Protection, Compassion, Earth Guardian, and Humanitarianism. Many thanks, the Netherlands, for your caring donation, and we laud your work, UNDP and participating organizations. Your partnership and expertise will save many lives. May the loving Yemeni people stay safe and flourish, in Allah’s benevolent grace.
McDonald’s vegan burger stands out over beef counterpart for impact on environment.
A recent report by the British daily newspaper “The Mirror” looked at the greenhouse gas emissions associated with items on McDonald’s menu and found that its beef burgers come at a high cost to the environment in the form of their carbon footprint. The report made use of the carbon calculator Plate Up for the Planet and found that the worst offender, the Double Big Mac, emits the CO2 equivalent of a 24-kilometer car journey. Meanwhile, the delicious vegan McPlant burger, which was developed with the company Beyond Meat, came in under 1.6 kilometers. Our appreciation for this informative report, “The Mirror.” May more and more people enjoy the great taste and environmental benefits of the increasing number of vegan options on menus around the globe, in God’s eternal Wisdom. Vegan: cuz we can’t live off rotten carcasses.

Hi, selfless friends, it’s me, Chirpy, a vegan lady from the Parakeet kingdom! I’m so elated to know that you went vegan too! Congratulations on your noble choice! Energy conversation is important. Therefore, you should make sure all cracks and gaps are well sealed in your home, especially the basement or crawl space rim joists to save energy. You can trim rigid foam insulation and place it between the joists. It will fit easier if you cut it approximately half an inch (1.3 centimeters) less than its actual size. Use small wedges of foam to shim the rigid foam and secure it in place. Then add expanding foam to the open spaces surrounding it. Additionally, you should seal the joint between the foundation and the sill plate. This will help you save money and energy, especially during winter months! Thank you for tuning in, and much love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. Now, the weather around the world!
Indian researchers create cost-effective and recyclable solar cells.
Scientists at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati have managed to develop hybrid perovskite-based solar cells that are stable, inexpensive to manufacture, efficient and recyclable. Traditional silicon-based models are costly to produce as they require high temperatures for their fabrication. However, the new cells can be created at room temperature and are also made from readily available materials. Their measured efficiency reaches over 21%, which puts them on par with the traditional silicon cell in the output of kilowatt-hours of electricity they can produce, and the new cells could lead the way towards even greater adoption of solar technology. Way to go, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati researchers, on your advancement of solar cell technology. In the grace of the Providence, may our progress towards a zero-carbon future soon be complete as we help to restore our planet’s atmosphere through sensible policies and caring actions.
United Arab Emirates (UAE) appoints human rights chief.
Maqsoud Kruse was recently designated as chairman of the UAE’s National Human Rights Institution (NHRI) to help bring equality to both citizens and residents of the nation. To achieve this goal, Mr. Kruse and the NHRI will work with international organizations such as the United Nations, seminars and workshops on unity will be given, and reports in partnership with relevant authorities will access the annual progress. The president of the country, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, established the NHRI in 2021, as the nation continues its development in a positive direction where racism and discrimination towards women, children and others are no longer a part of any society. The United Arab Emirates is a recipient of the Shining World Leadership Award for Good Governance, and a laureate of Shining World Leadership Awards for Peace, Environment Protection, Protection, and Compassion. Thank you, Your Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Maqsoud Kruse, for your actions to help ensure your nation is a fair and equal place for all. Singaporean scientists produce vegan emulsifier to replace eggs or dairy in food.
A group of researchers from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) recently created a plant-based emulsifier that can substitute for eggs or dairy in foods such as salad dressings, mayonnaise, and whipped cream. The product is made by fermenting spent grains, and when used to produce mayonnaise, the result contains more protein, antioxidants, and nutrients than the egg-based version. A test in the laboratory also showed that the mayonnaise made by NTU has better spreadability and texture compared to a conventional one. Kudos, Nanyang Technological University scientists, for your advancement in food science that will allow a further shift to vegan food manufacturing. In Celestial upliftment, may the loving actions of food-producing companies soon lead to a complete transition to plant-based nutrition, as we protect our beloved animal-people friends.
Assistance dog-person provides invaluable help to college student with diabetes.
Julia Nicholas-Duprey, a 23-year-old college student from Massachusetts, United States, recently adopted a 14-month-old diabetic alert dog-person named Pretzel to help her manage her type 1 diabetes. If her blood sugar levels go dangerously high or low, Pretzel will detect a change in the scent of Julia’s breath or palms. Pretzel alerts Julia by staring at her, barking, or coming over to her. Intelligent Pretzel was trained by non-profit Canine Assistance Rehabilitation Education Services (CARES) as well as through an initiative with Terri Haute Prison in Indiana. With devoted Pretzel by her side, Julia is now able to attend college without being concerned about life-threatening symptoms. She exclaimed, “I love Pretzel with all of my heart, and I am beyond happy that I got her.” Our best wishes for many happy years ahead together, Julia Duprey and marvelous Pretzel. In the gentleness of the Divine, may amazing dog-people continue to brighten our world with their wonderful talents.
Now it’s time to get comfy as the joke of the day is just one step away. It’s called, “Work Advice.”
A new office employee asks a senior employee:
“What is your advice for working in this office?”
“If you see the boss come in, better make yourself look busy. If the boss talks, take notes. If he gives you a handwritten document, type it.”
“What do I do if it’s a typed document?”
“Well, just copy it.”
“And if it’s a copied document?”
“Then just file it. And if it’s Friday, just forget it!”
?!
And now we have a heartline from Jia-Yi in China:
Respected and Beloved Master and Supreme Master TV team, I am infinitely grateful. I have so much to say, but know not how to begin. How fortunate I am to be a member of this big family! More than 10 years have passed since my initiation, and I live every day in appreciation. Deep down in my heart, I know it’s Master’s teachings and immense Love that have changed my life. The first half of my life passed in ignorance and confusion as I toiled to earn a living. Now, I live with a clear conviction: I live to practice spiritually, gain liberation in this lifetime, and help other beings; everything else is secondary. Master’s “Buddha’s Chanting” and Supreme Master TV are played at my home round-the-clock every day so that Master’s high vibrations can bless the world.
Recently, Master has convened numerous conference calls to discuss US abortion laws. On the morning of October 26, 2021, when I was watching the Fly-in News, I saw pictures of lovely babies being removed piece by piece with forceps from their mothers’ wombs. I burst into tears. I could barely contain myself to see the babies lose their lives in such suffering. How ignorant I was! I call myself Master’s disciple, yet I once committed such a grave crime without realizing it! I am filled with remorse toward my child, but how can I atone for my grave mistake with a simple, “I am sorry!”
Master, I pray that all babies yet to be born, including those still in their mothers’ wombs still in their mothers’ wombs in the US, will be born safely and grow up healthy and happy. I also pray that humans will awaken soon and spend each and every day in love and compassion, and that “World Vegan, World Peace” will soon be here! Respectfully, Your disciple Jia-Yi from China
Earnest Jia-Yi, We are grateful for your insights. It is comforting to know that as an initiate, you have Master’s unconditional Love and support, the Highest help ever possible! May the Sun’s warming rays touch your heart and light up your days, bringing you and mighty China peaceful resolution and harmony. In Buddha’s Grace, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. Master has these kind words for you: “Awakened Jia-Yi, your repentance is clear and please let others know about the evils of abortion. Much Love and may the Divine nourish you and the friendly Chinese people with joy and abundance.”
