I have a health tip for us. Did you know that ignoring lactose intolerance can worsen symptoms and lead to additional health problems? Furthermore, it may also negatively affect a person’s mood and quality of life. Lactose is a sugar found in mammalian milk, but is especially high in cow-people milk. Babies have a special enzyme to digest it called lactase. After four years old, many human-people no longer have that enzyme and are unable to properly break down lactose. Lactose intolerance causes digestive symptoms like diarrhea and gas. It can develop in childhood or early adulthood. Chronic diarrhea may cause other health issues like malnutrition, dehydration, or anemia. Lactose intolerant people should be mindful of what they put in their body and make sure they are eating sufficient nutrients to support healthy bones and prevent osteoporosis. Plants do not have any lactose at all, so the best solution is to go vegan! This means you can incorporate other sources of calcium and nutrients into your diet by adding fortified plant-based milks and alternative dairy products.
There is a great chance that the following joke will leave you joyfully smiling, so let’s get right to it. It’s entitled, “Please Don't Exaggerate.”
A kid ran to his mother shouting:
“Mom, Mom! There is a dog friend outside our house and he's the size of an elephant-person!"
“Son, I've told you five million times, please don’t exaggerate things so much.”
“Woah, woah, woah! Now, who is the one exaggerating?”

And now we have a heartline from Kwong-Ming in Hong Kong:
A poem inspired by our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai:
You rescued me from the lost deep seas
Of self-misery and delusion many foreseen
In a timeless moment of Heavenly bliss
The warmth of a thousand suns arose above the mist
As I was awed in wonder at the sublime splendor
A familiar face kept emerging of One so dear and tender
In a lightening instant it all became clear
This wasn’t just a dream, but Master’s Love permeating my sphere
Overwhelmed by the source of Supreme Power
I knelt in honor to my one and only true Master
With tears of sins beginning to well
How a pitiful being like me could be saved from hell
Little did I know of God Almighty’s Grace
For Master had always arranged this infinite embrace
Enduring with all Her strength and might
So I could ultimately wake up and see the Light
How can one profess their love ever more
For the great compassion and mercy shown
The Divine Spirit shall forever shine bright
If only we heed inwards to rediscover our birthright
The inner voice whispered softly again
Let the silence be, let it float over the terrifying seas
Once the “Spiritual Transmission” is complete
Make use of the Gift to set your Self free
Your new disciple, Kwong-Ming from Hong Kong
