Life on Earth is only a passing stage, where the permanent factor is the Self. The body is a changing factor. So you are not the body, you are the consciousness, the Self Supreme, the true existence, bliss and happiness. In fact the whole process of evolution, even if you don’t attempt it, it’s only tending towards the Self-realization, which is the ultimate end of all this manifestation. So therefore, this human birth is given to us, and we have the greatest opportunity to understand the Self, and also get into that Self. And for that, there are so many practical ways of living.
