I have a tip on the many benefits of consuming basil. Basil is a culinary herb that is part of the Lamiaceae (mint) family and is native to tropical areas from central Africa to Southeast Asia. The leaves of this plant are widely used in international cuisines and contain many antioxidants and phytochemicals. As a result, eating basil can decrease oxidative stress thereby reducing the risks of a wide range of chronic illnesses. There are some oils extracted from fresh basil that contain antibacterial properties and may help prevent infections. If you’re looking for a healthy and tasty drink, just add a few basil leaves to your fruit juices, tea or drinking water. Approximately one tablespoon of fresh basil leaves (or 2-3 grams) is considered a standard serving size. You can consume approximately three to five servings daily.
Now, it’s time to brush off your worries with some happy guffaws as the joke of the day is here. It’s called, “Piece of Cake.”
After they had a stressful meeting with a salesman, a man said to his co-worker:
“That salesman was so pushy just now, but you didn't get angry at all. You really have a good temper.”
“Oh! Really? Well, that's thanks to my wife. Compared to her, that salesman’s attitude is just a piece of cake.”
?!
And now we have a heartline from Yu-Rong in China:
Hallo, Respected and Beloved Master, During the pandemic, wonderful Supreme Master TV accompanies us every day. Once in my meditation, I saw a tall tower with a big, glowing crystal lotus flower on its spire. The entire tower was made of white crystal; it seemed like I was entering a crystal palace. I entered a certain floor and found it was a big restaurant; there were a lot of people there, all in a peaceful atmosphere and the opening ceremony of the vegan restaurant was about to begin.
When the emcee finished the speech on the stage, suddenly there were sounds of drums and music from outside, while the light of the crystal-like lotus flower shone in all directions. Two Fairy Cranes were flying in the air, each holding a scroll in its mouth to the left and right sides of the door, which turned out to be a couplet.
When everyone was going to have a look, suddenly there rose a long and crispy cry and a golden-winged Roc-person flew in with a horizontal scroll in its mouth.
The first line of the couplet read: A grand vow made at the ending age of the Dharma; may all beings in the world be liberated from the suffering sea.
The second line read: In the Golden Year, the vow is fulfilled; accomplished disciples of the Buddha return Home.
The horizontal line said: Board the vessel of Dharma together.
This inner experience made me firmly believe that compassionate Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have been ceaselessly guiding the children that have an affinity with Them to go Home. Master’s dream of World Vegan is also our dream. We can’t give up the wish to save the world. Pray that World Vegan, World Peace be realized. Yu-Rong from China
Graceful Yu-Rong, Our appreciation for your wonderful heartline. We are constantly astounded by what our Beloved Master can accomplish. May World Vegan, World Peace, and the liberation of all beings quickly be achieved.
Master has this noble reply:
“Gladdened Yu-Rong, the fruits of your spiritual practice are many and it is comforting to attain wisdom and clarity through enlightened visions. While we face an uncertain future physically, those who remember their Divine self will blissfully find their way Home. I pray the Buddhas may guide you and the tradition-honoring Chinese people to live compassionately, and in harmony, with all Earth’s blessed inhabitants.”
