I have a cool tip for you. Here is how you can make an avocado pit facial scrub. Dried and ground avocado pits are excellent exfoliants that can be used to eliminate dry skin. They can also be used in conjunction with the flesh of the avocado, which also has many wonderful benefits for the skin. To make a simple DIY facial scrub, start by taking a handful of avocado stones and soaking them in water to soften them. Next, cut them into pieces and then put them into the food processor to reduce them to little, grainy pieces or use a pestle and mortar to do so. Lastly, mix the amount of these pieces you need in with your favorite scrub or body wash just before use. Store the extra grains in the freezer to keep them fresh. This is a perfect bonding and relaxing activity to do with your child.
Now, it’s time to spend a fun moment under the laughter canopy with the joke of the day. It’s called, “The Other Mountain.”
A young man asked the Zen master:
“How do I end my bachelor life?”
The Zen master said nothing but pointed to the opposite mountain. The young man excitedly exclaimed:
“Is the one who was predestined for me on that mountain?”
“No! Because I wanted to put an end to my bachelorhood, I came to this mountain to become a monk. The other mountain is still vacant; you can go there and practice.”
