Here is a little water-saving landscaping tip for you. Xeriscaping is a way to make a garden both sustainable and beautiful in arid or semi-arid climates. Common plants for xeriscape gardens include ones that are drought-tolerant such as yucca, agave and sedum. These come in a wide range of colors, shapes and textures creating an aesthetically pleasant garden. This method uses less water than traditional landscaping techniques and planting because soil moisture is preserved when the selected plants are well adapted to mulching and the local climate. Furthermore, the plants utilized in xeriscaping designs don't need as much maintenance, decreasing the need for regular watering and pruning.
We are on our way to amusement city courtesy of the joke of the day, so why don’t you join us! This one’s called “Broken Calculator.”
The class was learning to use calculators for the first time. The teacher was showing them how to use the buttons to do simple addition. Then she asked:
“OK, class, who can use their calculator to find what 10 + 5 is?”
One little girl raised her hand:
“Teacher, I think my calculator is broken.”
“What do you mean?
“Yeah, it's missing the ‘10’ button.”
?!
And now we have a heartline from Kiran in Nepal:
Greetings Dear Beloved Master and Supreme Master Television team, I have a little happy news to share. This message is from the owner of a vegan restaurant in Nepal: We are blessed to have a beautiful vegan family of Supreme Master Ching Hai at our compassionate restaurant.
Miracle: One of my vegetarian friends joined me right after your group left, and we sat in the same room. The room was fully charged! I shared about Supreme Master Ching Hai with her, and she wanted to know more about Master. I read the following paragraph to her: “Supreme Master Ching Hai is one of the truly dedicated people of this era, helping others find and create a beautiful vision of our future. Many great people in history have had a dream, and in Her own words, so does Supreme Master Ching Hai: ‘I dream that all the world will become peaceful. I dream that everyone becomes a Buddha. I dream that all the killing will stop. I dream that all the children will walk in peace and harmony. I dream that all the nations shake hands with each other, protect each other and help each other. I dream that our beautiful planet will not be destroyed. It takes billions, billions, trillions of years to produce this planet, and it’s so beautiful, so wonderful. I dream that it will continue, but in peace, beauty and love.’”
When I finished reading this, I realized I was full of tears in my eyes. Then she said, “I will go vegan from today onwards.” What a blessing! Have a good day! Kiran from Nepal
Inspired Kiran, Thank you for sharing the restaurant owner’s wonderful story. We never know how we will affect people when we share Truth with them. Master’s beautiful dream for our planet goes straight to the heart. We are happy for the lady who became vegan just from hearing Master’s words. We hope many more people have the same experience and quickly realize that veganism is the only way to bring about the Heavenly world we all desire in our hearts. May you and the righteous Nepalese people feel God’s Love always, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. Master sends you some words of wisdom: “Radiant Kiran, thank you for your heartline. In every moment, God can work through us to help others if we allow it. With our own minds, we cannot know what is best in each moment and how to impact others, but when we submit ourselves to God’s Will, Hes will guide us on the best way to reach people in all circumstances. For one person, it might be hearing a song; for another, it may be a kind gesture in a moment of need. Surrendering to Love and sharing it with others will always have a positive impact on those around us. Love you. May you and glorious Nepal fulfill your Divine Purpose in this life and beyond.”
