Then I have a tip to share with you! You can keep a closer eye out for your dog by attaching an especially long jogging leash to your belt. This not only gives them some space to wander but also allows you to look after them. If you don’t have an extra-long jogging leash, you can also use two regular leashes fastened together.
Study affirms that electric vehicles (EVs) emit less CO2 than their gasoline counterparts. Researchers from the universities of Radboud in the Netherlands, and Exeter and Cambridge in the United Kingdom, have confirmed that EVs emit less CO2 over their lifespan than traditional gasoline vehicles in 95% of the world. The calculations factored in the manufacturing of the vehicles as well as the batteries and considered emissions created by generating the electricity for charging. Nations that are powered mostly by fossil-fuel free sources, such as Sweden and Switzerland, saw the highest benefit where the improvement in terms of CO2 savings of EVs could be as high as 70%. Many thanks, researchers from Radboud, Exeter and Cambridge universities, for your calculations to show the benefits of driving electric vehicles. May all nations quickly increase renewable energy infrastructure as their citizens make the wise switch to planet-friendly electric motoring.
Congolese physician’s innovative Ebola treatment device saves lives.
Dr. Richard Kojan, an anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist at the humanitarian non-governmental organization Alliance for International Medical Action, created the CUBE, or the Biosecure Emergency Care Unit for Outbreaks. The CUBE is an individual, transportable, and transparent medical unit that can be assembled in approximately 90 minutes. Its negative air pressure prevents cross-contamination outside the cube, enabling more time between the patient and medical staff, also with the patient and her or his family. Approximately 30 CUBEs have been used to contain Ebola outbreaks in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where, since their deployment, the mortality rate among Ebola patients has lowered to less than 35%. For this life-saving invention, Dr. Kojan was honored as “Game-Changing Innovator” at the 2019 Recognizing Excellence Around Champions of Health (REACH) Awards. God bless you, Dr. Richard Kojan, for your ingenious device. May it bring hope and health to people throughout the world, in Divine mercy. Supreme Master Ching Hai: “Gratefully present Dr. Richard Kojan with the Shining World Invention Award for this lives-saving innovation, with high esteem, heartfelt gratitude and best wishes, in God’s benevolence, love and protection. May Heavens reward you and all involved multifold.”
