Here is a health tip for you. Do you crave salty foods? Instead of reaching for that salty snack when the next craving hits, go for whole foods like olives and tangy leafy greens such as arugula, as these will help appease your desire. Whole foods are abundant in polyphenols, magnesium and calcium and will help relieve your salt cravings. It may seem like your body wants salt, but it truly desires minerals and nutrient-dense foods. Also make sure you are well hydrated before meals and throughout the day, as dehydration can also send hunger signals to the brain.
The joke of the day is now ready to entertain us, so let’s welcome it together. It’s called “No One to Shampoo.”
In the barber shop, a customer saw that the barber's hands were quite dirty and asked:
“Why are your hands so dirty?”
“Well, because since morning until now, no one has asked me to shampoo their hair.”
?!
And now we have a heartline from Da-hee in Korea:
Thank You, Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai – Tim Qo Tu – and Supreme Master TV team. We traveled village to village along the national highway with a video display vehicle, broadcasting Supreme Master TV, hoping that all the souls in a five- to eight-kilometer radius would be liberated, as they were in the blessing, even if they could not hear or see Master’s Blessings on Supreme Master TV. We also visited three nuclear power plants in Korea, crematoria, hospitals, nursing homes, butcher shops, sushi restaurants, and markets. We also spread veganism in places with high foot traffic.
I would like to share some stories:
1. A city bus driver, after watching the video, followed the video display vehicle and honked. And when the vehicle stopped at a traffic light, the bus driver even took a risk and came to the next lane and asked loudly, opening the bus door, “What is this broadcast?” So the driver of the vehicle quickly gave him Master’s book “Love Is The Only Solution.”
2. One person who watched the broadcast said that he was also a vegetarian and that he should promote it as well. He distributed Master’s books to his friends until our team finished.
3. After watching the video and reading Master’s book, a person related to a newspaper company asked us for a short interview and a photoshoot to cover the story.
4. We conducted a survey while promoting veganism, and when I talked to people who had put a sticker on “I’ll go vegan now,” I found many of them were receptive and aware. One kid put a sticker on “I’ll go vegan now,” and his mom also thought for a while and put a sticker on “I’ll go vegan now” and said, “I’m going to have to cook vegetarian food.” As an old lady who identified herself as 87 years old put a sticker on “I’ll go vegan now,” I thought I should explain veganism to her. And when I spoke to her, she already understood it perfectly. I got permission to interview her with audio only.
In January, the video vehicle promotion ended, but we extended it to February, and then to March. I would like to share my experience of extending it to March: On the eve of the last day in February, the head of the outreach team at Busan Center gave me the phone number of a local fellow initiate. When I called him, he asked me to do outreach in the area where he lives, and I said I couldn’t make it as it would be over tomorrow. But he told me, “It is much needed, as there is a nuclear power plant here.” At the same time as he said that, I felt a surge of electricity running through my body from the top of my head to my toes. I was trembling and couldn't control my body, so I lay down and continued the conversation. And then the words “Thank you, thank you; I’ll extend it” came out in sobs, and I cried for a long time, breathless and shaking. I hung up the phone, and my shocked body shook for hours, and it wasn’t until well into the night that I slowly recovered.
I realized that it’s not up to me to broadcast Supreme Master TV (with a video vehicle), to extend it, and to extend it again. April is coming up, as it’s the end of March, and I have no idea how it will progress; I just follow God’s Will. Having seen and experienced this firsthand, I felt that Supreme Master TV shakes and awakens sleeping souls. Along with our meditation practice and prayers for a vegan world, I once again thank Master for giving us the best tools to change the world. And I sincerely pray that the world will become a vegan paradise. Da-hee from Korea
Tenderhearted Da-hee, We are touched by your dedication and diligent work. It must be very gratifying to see that people are awake and understand that they need to become vegan immediately! The sticker is a wonderful way to remind individuals of the commitment they made to become a benevolent and wise vegan. We hope and pray that you are able to continue your activities and that you see ever greater results! May glorious Korea soon find a way to become a vegan nation, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. Master has some words of encouragement: “Helpful Da-hee, thank you for spreading the vegan message and doing your best to bring blessings and peace to your fellow citizens. With your pure heart leading the way, you have found souls who yearn to hear the truth about how to save our planet and protect our animal friends. May you touch ever greater numbers with this message, and may the conscientious Korean people find their hearts opening to a lasting vegan and peaceful world.”
