In today’s news, Mozambique receives US$150 million from World Bank for cyclone recovery efforts, research reveals over half of world’s lakes shrinking rapidly, affecting billions of people, value of global green energy investments exceeds those for fossil fuels for first time, fines for animal-people abuse substantially raised in Croatia, hero teen saves deaf woman and her husband from apartment fire, new Korean-spiced vegan steak launched in United States, and forward-thinking council in Australia installs hi-tech nesting boxes for vulnerable wildlife-people populations.
Today, I'd like to offer a tip on how to keep your sweaters from stretching out. Begin by folding the sweater in half lengthwise and then place the hanger upside down on it so the hook is in the armpit. Then take the sleeves and loop them up and over the hanger. Next, tuck the sleeves in through the bottom part of the hanger. Do the same thing to the other side of the sweater. Now you won’t have to worry about your sweater stretching out and not fitting you well!
The guffaw team just visited us and left the following joke for us to enjoy. It’s entitled, “Playing Tricks on My Husband.”
There were two girlfriends talking over coffee and vegan donuts.
“You know, sometimes I like to play tricks on my husband.”
“Oh yeah? What kind?”
“Like I will hide his stuff where he can't find it. I will put his shoes on the shoe rack, his jacket on the coat rack, and his keys on the key holder.”

And now we have a heartline from the Charitable Vegan Cooking Team in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam:
Dearest Beloved Master, We, the Charitable Vegan Cooking Team in Âu Lạc (Vietnam), always sincerely thank Master for giving us initiation and for teaching us to be vegan, practice spiritually and do good deeds. Obeying Your advice, we often cook vegan food together and distribute it to the local citizens for free, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic; we did charitable works in the highlands, the destitute areas, by handing out rice, noodles, warm blankets, clothes, and by cooking free vegan meals for the citizens. Everyone was elated and queued up to receive the vegan food boxes directly from our hands. But the best part is that together we organized two free vegan buffets, one on November 1, 2022 – World Vegan Day and the other on March 3, 2023 – World Wildlife Day – World Animal-People Protection Day. Being permitted, supported and helped by the local government, we had very successful free vegan buffets. There was a line of approximately 2,000 people who queued up to receive the delicious vegan meal, and they also asked for more boxes to bring home for their families to try.
We were very happy and thankful to Master very much, for arranging and blessing us to be able to do such work. We will try to organize more vegan meals to spread and promote the compassionate vegan lifestyle to more people, so that the world can become World Vegan quickly, and the people will live in harmony and love all beings. We would like to wish Master to have abundant health to fulfill all Your beautiful dreams for the world. We wish for the Supreme Master Television team to be more and more elevated and work well for the channel. Charitable Vegan Cooking Team in Âu Lạc (Vietnam)
