So just stay cool and healthy this summer with this delicious lemon and cucumber juice. This refreshing drink can help recharge and replenish the body, particularly on days when you feel dehydrated and are frequently thirsty. Start by washing the lemon and cucumber with clean water, then chop the cucumber into thick slices. You can leave the seeds or remove them as you wish. Next, cut the lemon into thin slices so you can easily squeeze out the juice. Put the lemon and cucumber slices in a glass jar, pitcher or bowl. Do not use plastic containers. Then fill the jar with water and cover it. Refrigerate it for a minimum of two hours or overnight, to allow enough time for the water to mix with the juices from the lemon and cucumber. You may also use a ladle or wooden spoon to compress the lemon and cucumber slices to drain the juice quicker. When you are finished drinking the water, you can fill the jar with more water or make a new batch with fresh ingredients. Make sure you consume it within 2-3 days. You'll be energized and hydrated after enjoying this invigorating drink!
The following joke has been developed by laughter scientists, so let’s see what they’ve cooked up in the lab. This one’s called, “Money is Tight.”
One guy who needs money talks to a colleague:
“I have a special product that as soon as it enters the market, it will sell like vegan hotcakes.”
“What you want me to do?”
“I just need some money to get the business going. Can lend me some?”
“Here. This is my young daughter's little hat. Please wear it and tell me how does it feel?”
“Wow. It feels so tight!”
“Yes! This is what I want to get across - just like the hat, my money is tight right now, so I cannot lend it to you.”
?!
