Here is a neat way to hang curtains using a tension rod. This is a simple, reliable, and an inexpensive method of hanging curtains without nailing or drilling. It is best to use thin tension rods with lightweight seasonal panels or sheers. Thicker tension rods are durable enough to hang heavy blackout curtains. Typically, one will hold 5-7 kilograms. Simply start by measuring the space. Then twist the curtain rod to extend it to the correct length. Now you can slide the curtain onto the rod. Finally, press one end of the curtain rod against the window frame's side, compress the rod and slide the other end into the opposite edge of the frame or wall. The spring tension in the rod will then hold it in place. It's so easy to do!
We just looked out the window and saw that the good mood van has arrived to bring us the joke of the day. It’s called, “Relay Race.”
A grandson and his grandmother were watching the Olympics on TV. During a relay race, the grandson asked his grandmother:
“Wow! Why is the one in front running so fast, Grandma?”
“Isn’t it obvious? Don't you see the people behind him chasing him with sticks?”
